What are your operating hours?

We operate for 24 hours 7 days a week. Customers are free to enquire or use our services any time of the day. Our friendly well trained staff members are ready to serve any day and any time.

Are there costs added besides the ones on the quote?

No, there are no additional booking costs other than the amount on the quote,

What will happen if I used the wrong weight and dimensions for my package?

Customers must provide the precise dimensions and weight of their package(s) in order to use the online quotation form. A Correct weight or dimensions surcharge will be charged if these details are incorrect.

What happens if my goods are delivered but damaged?

It is understood that sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, goods can be damaged in transit. Customers are requested to acknowledge that the products are damaged before signing to accept them. It is important to note that they will not be able to submit a claim if they sign that the goods are in “Good Condition.”

How do I book services from Raanah Delivery?

It is advisable and faster for customers to book the services online. There are no restrictions however to make a booking over the phone on 01134260888 or via email at admin@raanah.com

Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes indeed, as long as the packages haven’t been picked up yet. Booking cancellations must be made in writing to the Raanah Delivery team via email no later than 10 a.m. on the day of pick-up. It is vital to include the job reference that was provided at the time of booking.  In most cases there will be a cancellation surcharge.

What do I do if there are challenges with my delivery?

It is important to note that there the tracking facility is there for the customers to use to their advantage. It is their duty to keep track of their goods by constantly checking where they are on the tracking system. However, if there is a problem that looks obvious beyond tracking, customers are encouraged to contact the Raanah Delivery team on 01134260888 or send an email to admin@raanah.com as soon as possible for us to try to resolve the issue the best way we know how.

What happens if goods are not delivered?

Most of our deliveries are done on time without any delays. However, sometimes circumstances that are beyond our control do happen that cause goods to be delayed or not delivered at all. As a company, we make it a point to always communicate with our drivers so that we track the issues that will cause delays or goods not reaching their final destination. We usually communicate with our clients if there are challenges on our end that affect the delivery of goods. Thankfully, these cases are very rare in our company since we try our best to make our customer’s experience with us next to none.

If goods are not delivered, we advise that the customers contact us for support telephonically or via email. Our trained team will trace the significant people to investigate where the items are and give the customers feedback as soon as possible.
